NOWSHERA: Suspected militants blew up a government school in Ziarat Kaka Sahib in Nowshera district on Friday morning, police sources said. The sources said the militants had planted explosives on the premises of the Government Primary School for Boys in Shahabkhel and triggered a blast that caused a fire. The explosion destroyed some portion of the school building but the ensuing fire reduced the entire structure to ashes. No loss of life

THE Computer Sciences Department of Government College University won Quaid-e-Azam Quiz Competition 2011. The event was organized by Ravians Quiz Society in connection with 136th birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
